Over the last calendar year, the OFPA has funded Sheet Music for Oaklands Band and Sing Squad.
£1000 was paid to the Hardship Fund, which supports families who may struggle with the cost of school equipment, uniform, educational trips, and bus passes for students to get to school.
Books for all New Year 7 Students as they start their Oaklands journey. This is the novel “When Shadows Fall” by Sita Brahmachari, selected by the English department.
Textbooks for the Modern Foreign Languages Department.
We funded prayer stations throughout the school.
We paid for Sixth Form Students to undertake First Aid and Leadership courses.
Table Tennis tables for the PE department.
A Laptop charging cabinet for the Film and Media Studies Department.
We funded the “Star of the Month” Staff Wellbeing Award for the next two years.
We paid £500 towards the Alan Hammond Memorial.
We paid for Sixth Form students to visit Oxford University.
